Multifunctional distill tankThe main structure consists of a tank body, a slag gate, a feeding port, a lifting cylinder, a sandwich, and a slag gate cylinder. The multifunctional extraction tank is mainly used in industries such as traditional Chinese medicine, sugar production, and oil and fat production, especially in the application of traditional Chinese medicine decoction and extraction. It is commonly used for the extraction of active ingredients and aromatic oils in Chinese herbal medicine, and can be applied in various processes such as water extraction, alcohol extraction, oil extraction, and steaming, achieving high utilization rate of multi-purpose equipment in one tank. Due to its wide range of uses, it is called a multifunctional extraction tank.

Multi functional extraction tank classification:

Equipment can be divided into positive cone, mushroom, straight tube, inclined cone, and inverted cone types according to their appearance. It can be used for static extraction, or a mixer can be configured for dynamic extraction according to production process requirements. Therefore, there are two types of extraction methods: dynamic extraction and static extraction.

1. Conical extraction tank (traditional type): It occupies a small building space and is widely used in extraction workshops. The loose accumulation of extracted materials makes the extraction of medicinal materials more complete.

2. Mushroom type extraction tank: It has a large shape on the top and a small shape on the bottom, resembling a mushroom. Upstream: Large boiling buffer space, less prone to material leakage; Below: The liquid medicine is heated and transferred quickly, with short heating time and high extraction efficiency.

3. Straight tube extraction tank: It has a slender shape and occupies a large building space, which is beneficial for heat and mass transfer, shortening leaching and heating time, improving extraction efficiency, and is suitable for alcohol extraction and percolation systems.

4. Inverted cone extraction tank: It has a small outer shape and a large lower shape, forming an inverted cone shape. The most prominent feature is that slag removal is very convenient and the heating effect is good.

Structural characteristics of multifunctional extraction tank:

(1) The opening and closing of the bottom slag discharge door and the upper feeding door of the equipment are both powered by compressed air, controlled by a two position four-way electromagnetic pneumatic slide valve in the control box through a cylinder piston, and easy to operate.

(2) This equipment mainly consists of a main body, a slag discharge door, a feeding port, etc. Refer to the completion drawing for the structure.

(3) Due to the use of stainless steel for the parts in contact with materials in the equipment, it has good corrosion resistance, durability, and meets GMP requirements.
